Recommended daily dose: 12 tablets taken at the same time or 2-3 times throughout the day.
It is recommended to start with 6 tablets per day and gradually increase to 12 tablets per day over a
week.
 
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not replace a
varied diet. Store out of reach of small children. After opening, store in a dark, cool place in original
