By shopping on www.yourblend.dk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products via the website www.yourblend.dk.
1.2 The products consist of dietary supplements, including Spirulina and Chlorella, and are intended as a supplement to a varied diet.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into purchase agreements in Denmark.
1.4 The products must not be used as a replacement for medicine or professional healthcare treatment.

2. Product Information

2.1 We strive to provide accurate information regarding content, ingredients, nutritional values, and allergens.
2.2 Spirulina and Chlorella are natural dietary supplements that can affect the body differently depending on the individual.
2.3 We advise against use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in case of known allergies without consulting a doctor or dietitian.
2.4 Store the products in a dry, cool place, out of reach of children. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.
2.5 Images on the website are indicative; color and packaging may vary.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders are placed via the website, and an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
3.2 All prices are indicated in DKK, including VAT. Any shipping costs will be shown separately.
3.3 We accept payments by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
3.4 Payment is only processed when the product is shipped.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery is only available to addresses in Denmark unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Delivery time is indicated in the order confirmation. Typical delivery time: 1–3 business days.
4.3 The risk for the product passes to you upon delivery to the agreed address.
4.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened and undamaged products. Opened dietary supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by e-mail at contact@yourblend.dk and return the product in its original packaging.
5.4 Refunds will be made to the same payment method once we have received and checked the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not responsible for indirect damages, including health-related consequences, if dietary supplements are used contrary to the recommendations.
6.2 If the product you purchased is faulty or defective, we will refund the amount you paid for the product. We cannot compensate for other types of losses, such as lost profits or other indirect consequences.
6.3 If you receive a wrong or defective product, please email us at contact@yourblend.dk with photos of the product and a short description of the issue. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item.
6.4 The products must not be used as medicine, treatment, or disease prevention.

7. Personal Data

7.1 We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
7.2 We only collect information necessary to process and deliver your order.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Your Blend ApS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
8.2 Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
